Our company has built up the source traceability system. We mark the goods with black, green and red label on the package. The black represents Organic bee products, the green represents the bee products from our beekeeping groups which comply with EU standard, and the red however represents that ineligible which will be returned back to the beekeeper by the group leader. The information on the label includes: Place of origin, Flower nectar, beekeeper name, apiary number, production date, weight etc. when the raw material comes in, the company gives a batch number for each group. It is clearly marked and with labels during every step of the manufacture process, brief and distinguishable. Each step is with manufacture records which made possible the source traceability. The system from finished products to the source made by the company is such: quality feedback from customer→finished product batch number→analysis report→manufacture records→semi-product number→semi-product manufacture records→raw material list→raw material batch number→purchasing records→beekeeper information. These measures ensure the quality from the very beginning. By 2009, the company owns 415 apiaries and bee swarms 62070 hives.
