Serving Suggestions (For that lovely hard crust!):

To enjoy the lovely crusty and crunchy Swiss Cottage LLC freestanding baked breads and buns please lightly sprinkle with water and place in a preheated conventional oven for 5-7 minutes at 200C.  Swiss Cottage LLC Croissant to be placed in a preheated conventional oven for 3-5 minutes at 200C (no water to be sprinkled).  Please do NOT heat in the microwave oven as the crust becomes moist and leathery.  Enjoy the delicious hot crusty breads and buns along with the wonderful aroma of freshly baked breads!
