Located in one of key towns in west Yunnan, Nanhua county town of Chuxiong pr efecture, where it is quite accessible with all roads from west Yunnan to the provincial capital Kunming and other provinces and passing by, Nanhua County Yunhua Pollution-free Food Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 with a registered capital of 8.5 million RMB. It is a limited liability company integrating import and export, restaurant, entertainment center and hotel as a whole. The Company has been empowered to engage in import and export trade and is in its position in export of fresh Matsutake.
Nanhua county is one of the main producers of fresh Matsutake and other varieties of edible mushroom in Yunnan province. Matsutake, Bolete, Chanterelle and Sarcodon aspratus it produces are all favorite food in Japan and many European countries. In dependence on the rich resources of west Yunnan in terms of out-of-season vegetables, wild vegetables and cash crops including walnuts, aimed at“take the path of pollution-free food, develop a first class enterprise and enrich all the local people”, we, at the Company, base ourselves on development of pollution?free food. In May 2002, we built a quick-frozen process fresh keeping facility with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons, Yunhua Cold Storage Plant, to ensure export of deep processed products. Presently, the products exported by our Company export, including fresh Matsutake, quick-frozen Matsutake and quick-frozen Matsutake, are quite popular among the costumers in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and some other countries and regions.
