Tonghai radish Red can be widely used in fruit-flavoured Beverages, beverages of fruit and vegetable juice(pulp), semi-solid compound seasonings, frozen drinks(edible ice excluded), candy, cakes, preserved fruits, vinegar, jam, sauce and sauce products, imitation wine.
