We are a family business founded in 2000. The fundamental reason for conducting this company was mainly the head of our family, Angel Luis Rodriguez, spent nearly his entire life tied to the wine sector, with 31 years to develop the role of manager in a cooperative that are prepared 33 million kilos of grapes, we could say that had the bug to create your own company.
For the proper conduct of the activity, is essential to have qualified staff, so we have an exceptional winemaker, which guarantees an experience of 34 years, becoming an occasion of Spain champion wine tasters.
Our warehouse is equipped with latest facilities available in the market, such as tanks for fermentation in stainless steel tank with a capacity for 27,000 pounds each, with liners to control the temperature at the time of fermentation, which makes obtaining the best quality in our wines. The grapes used to produce plots come from our property, which we monitor them throughout their vegetative growth and maturation process, picking at optimal ripeness. We also have stainless steel tanks for storage of wine, for a capacity of 1.100.000 liters.
We have a lounge for 70 barrels, of which 70% are American oak and 30% French oak. We currently have equipment for bottling of wine with an output of 1,200 bottles an hour. We are taking the market about 600,000 bottles a year. Varieties of Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in reds and Airen, Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc in white.
In this year 2009 we received two tendrils of silver in two of the reds DO Mancha we market under the brand name of Snow Hill, we have also received awards in Bombo, where they have 92 wineries in Castilla la Mancha, the second prize at the red barrel DO Mancha 2005, marketed under the brand Cerro de las Nieves in the same competition and we received the first prize to BRUT NATURE Sparkling Wine DO Cerro de las Nieves Mancha.

The personality of a wine is a combination of a number of factors, beginning at its birth with the planting of the vineyard. The region is in Wrinkler's zone IV with excellent prospects for the cultivation and ripening of different grape varieties. The bio climatic index lies within the range offering an optimum balance between daily photosynthesis and the availability of water for the plant.
Everything comes together in harmony, allowing the vineyard to be cultivated in a favourable environment. The result is a moderately acid, healthy fruit that is the basis of some extraordinary wines.
