Red wine is made with Tempranillo grape from vineyards in La Mancha, is carefully produced to be dealcoholized just before its bottling, so it preserves all its organoleptic characteristics after only the alcohol and calories are removed. This generous red, fruity, full of plums and berries.
WINEMAKER’S NOTES
Visual phase: mature Cherry color with light intensity.
On the nose: surprising presence of fruits and after, it emerges the wood barrel, not too aggressively.
Fits perfectly with meats, roasts and salty snacks.

DEALCOHOLIZATION PROCESS
Red wine Tempranillo has been developed by means of a system known as vacuum distillation at low temperatures, which is the most traditional and less aggressive of any alcohol-extraction methods.
Using this sophisticated process, the previously fermented wine in stainless steel tanks, does not suffer any temperature or pressure aggression.
Thanks to this "deconstruction" the risk of losing flavor components in the wine is minimized.
