Roller Chain Conveyor

The machinery is used to convey empty cans before seaming. 

During the can making process, equipments like unpowe r ed or powered transitional turntables are usually used together to form long distance circuit conveyor, 

which is used for cooling after edge drying and waiting conveying.

Standard Configurations:

1.  The conveyor is stainless steel in material; 

2.  The chains are double-line, flat-topped carbon steel roller chains; 

3.  The machine frame is stainless steel in material;

4.  Polymer wear-r e sistant plastic filler strip;

Plastic flat chain conveyor  for empty cans  after seaming 

Empty cans after seaming can be delivered by plastic flat chain conveyors. Its features are: no deviation, no stretch, no need of devices like belt pulling equipments in belt conveyors, long distance fast and efficient delivery, multiple delivery ways available like turning, multi-parallel conveying, or large area delivery. Furthermore, the conveying chains are module type which enables module (broken module) replacement instead of whole chain replacement.
