The Advantages of Meiji Hohoemi
This powdered milk can substitute for breast milk up until a child's first birthday.

It contains a combination of fats found in breast milk (ARA [arachidonic acid), and DHA)

that support child growth. Through research including a growth study of

200,000 subjects and a study of the breast milk of 4,000 mothers,

our aim is to promote nutrition and growth that is equal to breastfeeding.

Ingredients
Lactose, modified edible oils (lard fractionated oil, refined soybean oil, palm kernel oil,

refined fish oil, oil containing arachidonic acid), whey protein, casein, fructo-oligosaccharide,

dextrin, butter milk, skim milk, salt, milk phospholipid extract, yeast, iron pyrophosphate,

calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, potassium carbonate, vitamin C.

Meiji Hohoemi Target Age
The nutritional makeup of Meiji Hohoemi (infant milk formula) is designed for

the growth of infants in their first year. In particular, small amounts of

copper and zinc are essential for infant growth.

The addition of copper and  zinc has been approved for

infant milk formulas in Japan, but it has not been  approved for follow-up formulas.

Therefore, we recommend feeding Meiji Hohoemi (infant milk formula)

to your child only until their first birthday.

Storage and Expiration
This product should be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight

in order to assure it maintains its freshness.

Please keep Milk Powder sealed to preserve its original quality,

as contact with air can cause oxidation, which diminishes its quality.

If the can is unopened and stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight,

the products can be safely used until the date indicated on the bottom of the can

(more than a year after production).

Storage of Opened Milk
Use opened milk within one month. Keep milk tightly closed to prevent moisture,

insects, or debris from getting in. Store in a cool, dry, sanitary place.

Do not keep refrigerated, as water droplets on the can will cause moisture absorption.

For the sake of hygiene, transfer the formula to a separate container without placing a spoon in the can.
