Seabass are bread in their natural environment under strict quality control. The young fish are supplied by producers who have ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14000: 1996. Colour: Silver colour and darkening on the back, with a black spot behind the gillcover. White belly and with a golden band above de eyes.
