At Tae Kyung Food Ltd., we make our food base first by extracting natural flavors from fresh meat, farm products, or seafood through a process of hot water extraction, hydrolysis, autolysis, or enzymatic treatment.
The extract is then blended with our unique seasoning and flavoring and becomes rich and full in flavor. Benefits you get from using our food base are vast.
