Working principle:
  MY series circular rotary vibrating screen is composed by the motor,reducer,Roller device, machine frame and other structures. The roller device is inclined arrangement.The motor is connected with the roller device through the reducer,to drive the roller device rotated around the axis.When the materials enter the roller device,because of the roller device’s tilt and rotation, to make the qualified materials’  discharged automatically through the outer circle of roller, unqualified materials will discharged through the extremity of roller.MY series rotary vibrating screen’s roller device use the sealing gland to sealed through the machine body , in order to prevent the dust to escape and dust pollution in the work process.When you change the mesh,you only to open the machine’s sealing gland and change it,convenient operation.

1, The considerations of the equipments’, installation and adjustment:
(1),The machine’s horizontal deviation should less than 1mm per one meter.
(2),All the structures of the equipment are not allowed set up other objects, so as to affect the strength and stiff, nes, s of the device.
(3),After installing,you should clear the installation tools,the foreign materials are not remained inside and outside the sieve tube.
 (4),All the fastening of the equipments should firm and reliable,have no the phenomenon of loosening,it should be installed and adjusted properly. After this further confirmation,then for no-load test.
2,No-load test:
(1),No excessive abnormal noise.
(2),It can operate 2 hours continuously,and the temperature raise of the bearing i, s not exceed 70°C.
(3),Pleas, e confirm t, he no-load test is normal , and you can make the load test.
3,Load test
(1),You should start the equipment,after operating normally and it can be loaded uniformly,until the full load.
(2),The equipment should not has drastic and significant striking noises.
(3),If the equipment operate 8 hours,the temperature of the bearings does not exceed 70°C.
(4),Please stop feeding before parking.
(5),If they are all meet the above conditions ,the equipment can be used in the product.
(6),It must not adjust the machine in operation.
4,Maintenance and Management
(1),The equipment should have a personal care management.
(2),Equipments’ maintenance and requirement must be carried out after parking.
