This machine is designed to handle water-thin to very viscid fluids.

1. Single Head Semi-Auto Filling Machine (with Piston Pump)

Volume range 100ml - 1000ml.

2. MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS :
1). Filling Station :

- One (1) set of stainless steel # 304 filling nozzle.

- One (1) set piston pump.

- One (1) set of filling nozzle support.

- Filling pump driven by one of servo motor.

2). 30 Liter stainless steel SUS 304 liquid tank with a level sensor.

- Filling speed : 0 -6 bottle/minute

3). Other Technical Data :

- PLC control system with touch screen.

- 20 job set-up can be stored in memory for easy recall.

- Filling volume can be controlled by touch screen.
