Applications:

This machine has been designed for packing of products with regular shapes such as chocolate, cup cakes , layer cakes, mini rolls, marshmallow , all kind of candies , product with irregular shapes in trays, daily necessaries, metals or medical accessories etc.

This machine achieves wrapping speed up to 400-600 packs /min for small products when equipped with optional devices.

This machine is suitable for manual feeding or fully automatic feeding system as well. 

STYLE OF WRAP :

The wrapping material tube has a longitudinal fold formed on its lower face.  This tube is gripped, and folded to form the long seam of the tube, by rollers in the long seal unit.

The long seal unit passes the product, in the tube, to the end seal unit which seals the tube into separate bags, each containing one unit of the product.  In addition to forming the product bags, the end seal unit cuts the bags into individual sealed units (Pillow pack type). The pack will be ungussetted.

WRAPPING MATERIAL :

A Suitable unprinted or continuously printed, heat sealing cellulose or polypropylene film, taken from reels of 76 mm core diameter, 330 mm maximum outside diameter.

Note : Your final choice of wrapping material must be submitted for examination and approval.

INFEED Requirement:

The product is placed on to the infeed conveyor, by hand, and transported by conveyor flights to a folding box. The folding box converts the flat web of wrapping material, from a reel, into a tube; the product is then pushed into the tube by the conveyor flights.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS :

2.      Pause jaws to detect “out of position” product without machine stoppages & make damages, dependent upon product and wrapping material
