♦ How to make soup " Sesame Hiyashi-Chuka soup (No.530)"
1. Pour the Goma hiyashi chuka soup into a stainless steel bowl.
2. Cook some noodles and put into cold water and drain them then place into a plate.
3. Stir the soup before use . Pour 60-80g of the soup on the noodles.
*** Steamed Chicken, cooked shrimp, kinshi tamago(strips of fried egg), cucumbers and Tomatoes etc. can be served as toppings.
