Shina soba (AD-170)  niboshi and shoyu flavor 26.2g

(liquid 18.7g + oil 2g + powder 5.5g)

It has a classic taste of dried bonito flavored soy sauce. It’s a Wafu (Japanese style) soy sauce based ramen soup which is simple with a fragrance of dried bonito.

How to use:

√  Sipmly dilute with hot water.

√  It is a convenient pouch type.

1. Pour Shina soba, oil and powder into a ramen bowl.

2. Pour 300ml of hot water into the bowl.

3. Cook some noodles drain them then, place into the bowl.

4. Serve with BBQ pork, menma, spinach, Nori(seaweed) naruto and spring onions as toppings.

It is an area rich in natural resources. In addition, we have a factory in Ibaraki prefecture.
