"SIRIO" Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC

Colour: straw yellow with light golden hue;

Nose : The bouquet is soft and pleasantly;

Flavour : smooth, harmonious, fresh, dry and savoury

Pairings: it’s ideal with seafood hors d’oeuvres, fish (such us fish stock) , fresh cheeses and white meat dishes.

Vinification : the grapes are crushed and destemmed; the juice is clarified

through settling cold overnight and then inoculated with selected pure yeast.

Fermentation and storage in stainless steel vessels.
