This machine have three function as slicer ,grinder and lifter ,this is a multifunction machine ,PLC transducer control ,slice knife height is 400mm ,sliced meat thickness is 20mm cutter head rolling cut, it can cut 40kg standard frozen (-10≤T≤0a??)meat block into sliced meat and different size minced meat, do a good preparation for bowl cuter’s work or mixer’s work . Because the meat do not need thaw, it can keep good taste and save nutrition. The multifunction also can grind fresh meat if only use grinder function.
