In 1973, GELAZUR, whose head office is in Nice, acquired their own logistics, build their own coldstores in Toulon and extended their facilities in Marseilles and on the national interest market site (MIN), in Nice.

While continuing their main activity, with a leading European position in the importation of frozen sea products, Gelazur develop simultaneously their regional marketing of frozen products over the Provence Alpeszur area.

The main logistic device is composed of their own distribution center and cold storages with a 20 000 m3 capacity managing its own truck fleet. Moreover, it also conducts several packaging, transport and storage services all over Europe.

This organization relies on high-performance computers ensuring, since 1995, the recall program of consignments and enabling data processing exchange with partners on their request.
