This Plum Wine is made by the Japanese sake brewery in Tochigi.

Although almost plum wines are made by steeping green plums in Shochu(clear liquor),

this plum wine is made by steeping in Japanese sake.

This is a great aperitif.

Golden color. Pure, sweet and smooth. With a natural and elegant lingering and finish.
