We have taken out the soy bean germ (hypocotyl or seed or extract) as by-product by cracking the soy bean, during the soy bean milk processing. We take out its germ about 2% out of soy bean.
Our product is non-GMO and is suitable for processing isoflavone as main raw material or for protein/ fat source for feed like poultry
