Produced from fibrous Bean Curd residue using a biochemical process, the soluble soy polysaccharides provide a variety of useful functions, which is high in fiber content, and excels in coating and adhesive properties. The most prominent feature is that the product has stable suspension of protein particles under acidic conditions as well as one, which has a high emulsion stability.
