It can prevent fat creaming, serum separation and protein precipitation; endue soymilk products with perfect flavor and quality, and creamy and thick mouth feel.
The product has two types, GY5255 and GY5255-06.Usage: disperse the product with three to five times of sucrose and mix thoroughy, then homogenously mix with emulsifying solution and then pour it into the agitating vat or mixing vat.
