Main Functions & Characters:

1. Bag length can be set automatically during operation, doesn’t need to input length manually.

2. Simplified mechanic gearing,end seal servo control, film and infeed chains are controled separately by two frequency inverters, easy to maintain,less vibration,less wear,and long life.

3. The main contol circuit takes the single chip developed by our own company,digital screen display, easy and convenient for operation.

4. Packing speed and bag length is controled by one servo pluse two frequency inverters, maxium bag length couble be 1000mm, It can match well with former production line.

5. Highly sensitive photocell sensor can follow automatically and accurrately.

6. Independent temperature control for each sealer to make the beautiful and tight sealing, fin seal unit adopts heating&sealing integrated structure ,suitable for a wide variety packing material,

7. Film automatic centering and double film carrier device are for standard configuration.

8. Memory function can save and recall parameters fast for packing different size products.

9．Date coding, air flushig,liquid spraying device are available for choice.
