We are located in the Natural Park of Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche. We are certified by the DOP (Denominacion de Origen Protegida) certificate of origin Jamon de Huelva, an organisation which is in charge of the ham factories near Jabugo (area of Huelva).
Thanks to our wonderful geographical location, full of pastures as well as holm and cork oak forests, we are able to feed our animals with acorns (bellotas) which is the essential diet for our Iberian pigs.
