The Sparkling White Wine Refrain Brut, from the Montespertoli country,  this country is located in the Tuscany region, elevated at 200 m on sea level, to wine variety at Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

Wine - Making process : Fine selection of the best Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes and quick separation from the skins, slowfermentation ( 12 - 15 Days ) with temperature conrtol at 15 C°. The Wine gest than its the bubbles with the " Charmat Method " by adding selected yeast to the Wine and kept for 6 - 8 months.

Nose : Floreal hints of broom, Nutmeg and fruity as well as kaiser pear and peach.

Taste : Fresh, smooth, and harmonius.
