Working principle

The Blow Through Rotary Airlock Valve is used in dilute phase pneumatic conveying system, The conveying line pipe connects directly into the rotating pocket. The inlet and outlet of flow located bottom of endplate of housing,  The pressurization airflow into the valve ,directly connect into the V-type pocket of impeller, enter conveying line from outlet port after the materials mixed. By this legend design can efficiently clean up powdery material adhered to V-type pocket .In-place mounted  benefit by compact  shape design.(This device is not ideal for high hardend and abrasive particle material. relevant  device please click our drop-thru rotary airlock valve)

1,Order different welding insert can meet the requirement of different conveying pipe.

2,Selec t oil-water Separator can prevent excess vapour into the rotary valve in the area ,where exist  temperature differential  and high humidity.

•Excellent performance in high-temperature applications up to  750°F.

•E asily manages pressure differentials up to 15 PSIG .

•Full flow throat design permits maximum flow to rotor pocket.

•Oversize  diameter shafts for less deflection and optimum torque delivery.

•Housing reinforcing rib resistant high pressure. .

•Proprietary shaft bearing seal design  and m inimizing gap  ensure the minimum air leakage.

Outboard rare-earth wear-resistant alloy and SKF inboard  bearing design protects bearings in high- temperature applications,it can removes bearings from direct path of damaging contaminants. 

•Prelubricated and permanently glandless, sleeve-style shaft seals to ensure low maintenance and prolonged life. 

•Housing and rotor coating special options significantly improve the wear factor on the valve and reduce the pre-mature equipment failure often associated with such applications.

•Oil-water seperator purge air.
