Spinach is the most popular dark leafy vegetable and high in nutrients, such as carotene, vitamins, potassium, calcium, and iron. Our own factory is located in Oita, which is 1,000km (600 miles) away from the incident area.
Our Spinach extract is made by a proprietary process called " activity preservation method " in which fresh whole Japanese spinach is squeezed and then spray-dried without adding heat to keep its flavor, color and components. All the manufacturing is done in our own Japanese factory , which has been third party inspected ( JAS - Japanese Agricultural Standard and GMP ). Because it is an extract powder, it does not contain fiber which interrupts absorption of nutrients in the body.
USES:
Our vegetable extract powders retain the natural color, taste and nutrients of the original materials, while still having superior dispersibility. It is great as a food ingredient and perfect to blend in foods, beverages, dietary supplements, frozen desserts, and confectionaries.
