EVAPORATING PLANT is design as three-stage plant with falling film. It is

intended for evaporation milk/whey.

The plant is of a flow type which means that milk is concentrated form initial to

final concentration while passing trough the plant i.e.. without being recycled

witch provides for a good quality of the treated medium.

DRYING PLANT is design as two-stage plant. The first stage is spray drying with
