Product Description

The SWM-BWG series chocolate holding tank is for holding chocolate paste at requested temperature. It can both holding and refining the chocolate paste.
There is a agitator at the bottom of tank. The brand of the motor is Siemens.
The top covers are ss304 and can be opened to see the inside of tank. The tank is jacket and ss304. There are heating pipes at the bottom of jacket tank.
Electric components are Siemens brand(factory in China) and temperature controller is Omron.
