Microwave: NO defrost, unpack and put it in microwave dedicated steaming box, put in some hot water, eaten after 2-3 minutes in medium heat.

Fried: NO defrost.Unpack, Put it in the fry carefully when the oil heat , fry it till gold.

Storage: storage and transport under -18 centigrade.
