We are the first one in China start producing Ataforma type mold. There are some factories in China steal our products photo and show on alibaba, but they just steal our product photos, we are the best quality. Others are cheap quality and cheap price.

Ataforma mold cup thickness is 0.5mm robot welding. Our thickness on cup is 0.55mm, robot welding, very smooth on both cup and panel screen polishing.

Produced within stainless steel AISI 304L 0.55mm with Top to Bottom plasma welding, our molds have plain surfaces screen polished, that do do not accumulate redidues, thus allowing an easy cleaning.

Advantages: The thickness of stainless steel 0.55mm speeds up freezing and increased productivity. Lighter moulds with easy handling.

All other Chinese factories can only do 0.8~0.7mm thickness on mold cavities.

We have Ataforma 2*9, 2*10, 2*11, 2*12, 2*13, 2*14. We have different size paleta for your options: 132ml, 123ml, 117ml, 105ml, mini paleta 86ml, and filling 35ml.

Currently the most popular mold is 2*13 26mold to produce Mexicana Paleta.
