Characteristics

 A deep flavor produced by roasting doubanjiang, tian mian jiang, tahini, nampla fish  sauce,

 herbs and ground meat  in chili oil and adding sesame and peanuts for added taste.

How to use this product.

1. Dilute with approx. 7 times as much hot water or broth.
2. Mix 60 g of soup with 360 ml of hot water or broth.
3. Approx. 16 servings per pack.

1. You put the tantan-men noodle soup of the contents of this product into a plastic container.
2. The tantan-men noodle soup is saved in a plastic container so that it may be easy for you to use it.
3. When you cook "Szechuan style sesame hot noodle soup", you put 60 g of the tantan-men noodle soup into a ramen-bowl using a ladle.

      4.  You put 360 cc of broth into a ramen-bowl using a ladle.

      5.  You put the boiled noodles into a ramen-bowl.

      6.  You do topping such as minced pork ( meat miso ) , fine strips of Japanese leek ,

1. You can make broth easily by using our other product's "Gara Base 200 g".
2. Add the entire contents of the pack ( 200 g ) to 12 to 20 liters of water or hot water.
