The manufacturing process consists of peeling, mashing, enzimatic treatment, clarification, pasteurization and concentration to the desired brix. It is an excellent source of potassium, it's content is of minimum 2,900 mg/l.
The Concentrated Clarified Banana Juice should be kept frozen at -18??C (0??F). Due to its high brix, this product may present crystalization at this temperature; crystals can be remelted by heat and dilution of the concentrate to a lower brix.

Florida Products processing plant is strategically located near the Costa Rican capital, only 2.8 Km. drive form the Costa Rican International Airport.
Costa Rican bananas and pineapples are famous in the world. Premium quality fresh fruit is exported all around the globe from eco-friendly plantations that comply with local and international environment standards (ISO 14,000). Part of these bananas and pineapples are processed at our facility to produce high quality aseptic purees and frozen juice concentrates.
Every stage of the process has been carefully analyzed to ensure the correct procedures and quality control measures and well-trained personnel that together do guarantee uniform and continuous compliance with our customers' specifications and requirements. From the farm to the packaging, storage and loading of the product, high quality levels of hygiene and cleanliness are followed and maintained. Electronically driven state of art equipment assures that the product will have the required flavor, color, aroma, texture and stability.
Our plant is registered at the US FDA and our process filed, as required by the respective regulations for acidified and low acid food product processors. Our process authority is the National Food Processors Association, based in Washington D.C. We are members of the SGF-Irma (Schutzgemeinschaft der Fruchsaft-Industrie e.V., Nieder-Olm, Germany) and of it's Voluntary Control System. The HACCP quality system is in place at every stage of the process. We also can offer Organic certified products by ECOCERT, BIO-Suisse, also NOP certified, and soon we will offer JAS cerfitied. We are also able to offer full traceability of our products. Our products are Kosher certified.
