The three horizontal rollers driven by motor through belt pulley and special gear unit squeeze the big particles into small particles. The clearance between rollers can be adjusted to deal with material with different viscosity and fineness. This adjustment is manually operated. The three rollers rotate to opposite directions at different speeds. The first roller runs forward at high speed, the second runs backward at medium speed, and the last runs forward at low speed. Manually pour the raw material into between last and second rollers, through sufficiently grinding; the raw material will be brought out by the fast rotating first roller. At the other side of first roller, there is scraper and Separator which separate grinded material from the roller, and drop them into container to finish one round of grinding. The special inner rollers cooling system effectively releases the heating arose from these movements to ensure the quality of end products. The rollers are molded with hard alloy which is cost effective and endurable. The dumping device has easy and convenient operation and is adjustable to match diameter of containers.
