A Body Cloth with a New Sensation
This product was created from the finest selected materials by skilled masters Koyaguchi, Wakayama Prefecture, the home of pile fabric.

Gentler on your skin
This product is made of polylactic acid fiber, which is created by lactic fermentation of corn starch. This fiber is ideal for your skin as its pH level is slightly acidic, close to that of human skin.

Finer lather
This product is sewn together from two types of corn fiber: a springy thread (spun yarn) and a bundle thread made up of multiple thinner threads (filament thread). This combination of different threads creates more and finer lather.

Cleaner feeling
With its mildly acidic corn fiber and special woven fabric, this cloth removes excess skin oils and dirt, completely cleaning your skin without removing its moisture.

Kinder to the environment
This cloth is created from corn and eventually breaks down into water and carbon gas under natural conditions. Our cloth releases no harmful gases, even when burnt.

We produce everything ourselves from start to finish - from yarn through to finishing.
Yarn

Warping (This involves counting the number of threads and winding them.

Knitting (We set each thread individually and sew them together according to the manufacturing manual.)
 ↓
Processing (We carry out a variety of processes on the whole cloth surface, including antimicrobial treatment.)
 ↓
Cutting (Cloth is cut according to the required measurements. We use a variety of machinery depending on the features of the product, including automatic cutters, hand cutters and scissors)
 ↓
Print (We print using automatic screen printing machines.)
 ↓
Sewing (We sew the cut fabric according to the finished dimensions.

We use a variety of machinery here as well.)

Inspection (We inspect our goods visually one-by-one.

This is an extremely important part of maintaining and improving the quality of our products.)
