The TRIOMAX  II Generation machine is a multifunctional universal machine for production of  wide range of cookies , biscuits and muffins.

Tha machine is capable to produce:

• 2 color cookies and biscuits with top decoration(standard equipment)
• 2 color cookies and biscuits(standard equipment)
• 1 color round cookies   with filling  (additional equipment – shutter)
• 1 color staffed cookies
• 1 color staffed cookies with decoration on top
• 1 color long cookies with (or without) filling inside or long cookies with top decoration (additional equipment – guillotine)
• Wire cut cookies (additional equipment)
• Muffins with small pieces of fruits (optional equipment)
• Straw puffs (optional equipment)

TRIOMAX CNC is capable of producing shortbread biscuits, meringues, sponge biscuits, sponge-fat biscuits, steamed biscuits (small plain profiteroles, straw profiteroles, éclairs), biscuits containing nuts and dried fruit, sponge tops, muffins and a number of others

                    handling of  dough is crucial to achive perfect quality of the final product .

                    Thanks to the new heads design dough damage is reduced and texture, color and

                    softness are all better controlled.

                            NEW Leading SLAT

Leading slat  - Based on customers feetback and our experience we have created completely

                        new system of dough  directing slat. Virtually designed  bar have been tested

                        for months in real life proving to be excellent solution for the problems  

                        reported  by  confectioners across continent. Our new Leading Bar provides

                        better and smooth dough distribution, it is more gentle for dough,

                         easier to clean and maintain. Increase  productivity and durability

                   NEW TABLE DRIVE SYSTEM

   NEW DRIVE SYSTEM-   Thanks to the changes we made in the Triomax II Generation series
