Products & Quality

With craftsmanship, Polskamp transforms over 2 million kilograms of raw materials per week into high quality poultry products and therefore Polskamp can be seen as the largest producer in this segment. Furthermore, Polskamp is the only company that is specialized in the production of deboned poultry meat with a low fat percentage. Polskamp stands for:

* high quality minced poultry meat, characterized by its 3 millimetre structure (chicken and turkey).

* mechanically deboned poultry meat (or MDM) and poultry fat.

* production according to different specifications, related to fat and protein content.

* guaranteed quality; our production facilities are set up according to the highest European standards. Furthermore, we obtained the BRC A-level certificate.

* Halal certified products, with which we anticipate on the still growing demand for ethnic food products.
