Ultra High Temperature Flash Sterilizer (UHT)is mainly used for sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice, beverage, popsicle, ice cream paste, soy sauce, soybean milk, condensed milk and wine. Also, it is suitable for other fluid materials. It is convenient for the feeding port and discharge port of this equipment adopting triplet cock, and the flow can be adjusted according to requirement.

The Sterilizing Principle of the UHT

When the raw material enter the outside flow channel of the diploid pipe coil (3) by the feeding pump (2), it is preheated by the hot material which flows out from the inside flow channel and heated indirectly. When the raw material comes into the high temperature pipe coil (4) which is in the high temperature bucket (5), the steam of the bucket will be heated indirectly to the sterilizing needed temperature. Then the raw material reaches the outside single turn pipe to do heat preservation and finishes sterilizing. When comes back to the diploid pipe coil (3), the raw material will enter the inside flow channel and will be cooled by the outside cooling material. So the discharging temperature of the material will come down remarkably (Generally, it is below 65 degree). If it needs to raise or reduce the discharging temperature of the material, we can start the angle disconnecting valve (12) to let it connect with the heat source ( steam) or cool source (water or cool water) to let them come into the outside flow channel of the lower extreme of the outside diploid pipe.
