The CHD100 vegetable dicing machine is ideal for vegetable processing plants to cut various types of vegetable products like dehydrated vegetables, frozen vegetables and pickled vegetables into cubes or rectangular solids. Equipped with compound cutting tools, the CHD vegetable dicing machine enjoys high efficiency and good performance.

Vegetable Dicing Machine Working principle

The materials to be sliced are driven by the central plate and cut into slices by the vertical blades with centrifugal force. The slices are then shredded by the round shredding knife into strips. The strips are transferred to be cut by the crosscut knives, finally getting cubes or rectangular solid.
