♦ How to make soup " Wafu dashi (E-861) "
1. Dilute this product 10 times by water. Put over a fire.
2. Boil udon noodle and put udon into a bowl.
3. Heat the soup just before boil. And pour the soup into the bowl.
4. Please serve with Abura-age or/and negi on the noodle as topping.
♦ What is Udon?
Udon is a traditional Japanese noodle. It is thick and chewy and made from flour.
The soup is flavored by dried bonito fish or konbu. There is various local soba taste in Japan.
Abura-age (deep-fried tofu), tempura, raw egg and etc. can be served as toppings.
