Wakame is a 100% natural product. Wakame is one of the most popular seaweeds in the world. Its unique taste is very gentle on the palate, making it difficult to resist.

For cooking, the seaweed must be separated into two parts: the thick midrib must be soaked for 10 minutes and then cooked for 10 to 30 minutes, whereas the more tender blades cook very quickly.
