Age 5.6 months
Western-style whitefish stew
Ingredient:
*Whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable per piece
*Cottage cheese 2tsp

How to:
Dress whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable melted with hot water of 20ml with Cottage cheese and heat it in a microwave.

Age 7-8months
Roasted Tofu
Ingredient:
*Whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable per piece
*Tofu 25g

How to:
Roast Tofu lightly and mash it. While it is hot, mix powder of Whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable with it.

9-11months
Fish Croquette
Ingredient:
*Whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable per piece
*Potato 25g

How to:
Boil potato until soft and mash it. Mix a half of whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable with with boiled potato, and coat rounding potato with the rest of Whitefish and Green&yellow vegetable per piece and bake it.

It can be eaten from the start of weaning. Be initiated with 1-2 tsp. When getting used to it, increase the quantity and times gradually.

How to make it:
Add hot water and melt it. Test the heat of food.(tsp=5ml measuring spoon).
