- Walnut kernels. The kernels are free of GMO, ionisation and exogen particules (Sortex). All the tests are available : microbiological + Aflatoxin + radioactivity + toxic elements + pesticide.
- Walnuts in shell. The walnuts are collected from farmers. Bag 25 kg or big bag. Washed (or not), sorted out, calibrated. French equipment with high standards.
Romania (Bucarest) : In this unit the walnuts are broken with a wooden hammer to protect the kernels from any scratches. For the small french walnuts 24/27 we obtain 44% of halves !
