Western-style ham Meat products are greatly different from traditional Chinese ham (such as Jinhua Ham) in terms of shape, processing techniques, flavor, etc. According to the pattern and techniques, it can be classified into following categories: ham with bones, Boneless ham, fillet ham, Rax ham, fermented ham and the finished ham.
