TASTING NOTES
Colour: Very pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright
Aroma: Intense scent in nose with white and ripen fruit, with citric (grapefruit) touch. Tropical fruit (mango) notes come up, with a more serious background of peach
Flavour: Joyful and elegant entry into mouth, it brims with freshness, good structure, pleasant, ample and persistent
Temperature to be served: 8℃
Pairings suggested: Indicated for seafood, white fish, soft meat, boiled sausages, green cheese, etc.

Anchuron is a winery located in the andalusian province of Granada. The vineyards are extended in the Sierra Nevada foothills, the natural preserve Sierra de Huétor and the natural preserve Sierra de Baza, at an average of 1000 metres above sealevel. The elaboration processes combine the Spanish tradition with the last technological advances and renewable energy resources.
