Dry white Wine produced from local grape varieties Vilana (70% - 80%), Thrapsathiri (10% - 20%) and other white (10% - 20%), with a yellowish color, aromas of citrus and bergamot and a distinctive , delicate aftertaste

Is produced by the classical white wine, with pneumatic presses and controlled temperature, using selected yeasts and Enzymes that are not modified germ. The maintenance is done in stainless steel tanks. The materials used in further procedures for clarification and stabilization, contain allergens and do not meet the final product.

In a dry and dark place, away from heat sources.

Optimal temperature 12o C (min 10 °, max 18 °).
