  Q: How long it will take you to ship the products after my order is confirmed?

  A: Products will be loaded and shipped within 25 working days upon receiving your deposit.

Q: How shall I pay the total value of my ordered goods?

A: Payment is to be affected in RMB. Buyer pays for the goods in accordance with Seller's invoice in two steps:

First ---Advance payment of 50% within 7 working days after receiving the Seller's Proforma invoice.

Second---After receiving the balance 50% the Seller sends the set of original documents and the original Bill of Lading to the Buyer. Payment is to be affected by T/T to the Seller's account based on the invoice sent to the seller by the buyer.

Q: Can you inform us in advance the documents needed for customs clearance so that we can verify and approve?

A: Yes, We shall obligatory check up with you the accuracy of documents needed for customs clearance. We are supposed to send the documents to you by email or by fax so that you can verify and approve the documents sent.
