Elaborated with grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon stock from the Maule valley, where the vineyard is located and the special type of grape used is essential to determining the wine's personality. Cabernet Sauvignon is marked by plum, currant and black cherry flavors and firm tannins,

Fermented in stainless steel Cabernet Sauvignon of Lonquén's Houses,It is harvested manually during April.

 This stunning Cabernet Sauvignon its not justa an average Cabernet sauvignon, on the palate it is rich and opulent, bursting with flavors of black fruits backed by toasty vanillin oak notes and round, chewy tannins.

While sometimes a bit harsh in its youth, it has the ability to mature into a most complex and full-bodied red wine.

Though enjoyable at present, this classic wine has the structure and intensity to improve with aging. Its flavors are comfortable with simple grilled meats as well as more complex dishes like venison in Mushroom sauce.

Description:

Red wine great structure and long end. Concentrated and attractive with Raspberry aromas, red fruits, cassis and an elegant touch contributed by the barrel.
