Pear and Hebei Xuehua Pear. It has beautiful
shape, moderate sweetness, and delicate sarcocarp. Its surface
is red, smooth and fine with waxiness and water-retaining
property; the sunny side shows longitudinal stripes
of red or demitint. The pericarp is yellow-green when it is
harvested, and yellow and brighter after storage. With its thin skin
and small core, the edible rate is as high as 90%; the crispy and
very juicy water white sarcocarp tastes excellent without
