1 Characteristics of Middle Speed Paper Bowl Forming Machine ZBD-W:
Our single-turnplate high speed paper bowl making machine can finish paper bowl forming with only one turnplate. It is designed based on our traditional double-turnplate type paper bowl making machine .
This newly-designed paper bowl machine optimizes its transmission system and enables each independent functional-system to operate smoothly. Thus we can greatly reduce machine-wear caused by inertial movement.
By adopting photoelectric failure-detection system, our paper bowl forming machine's reliable performance is guaranteed, thus offering a high speed and stable operation.
This high speed paper bowl forming machine will auto-stop working when there is a failure. Thus it can greatly improve operation safety standard and help reduce labor force.
It simplifies paper bowl forming process. By adopting only one turnplate, our middle speed paper bowl making machine can finish paper feeding, gluing, bowl-bottom feeding, heating, knurling, bowl-mouth curling, bowl-collecting, etc. at one stop. It is especially suitable for making paper bowls with a height of 50-110mm.

(2)Mechanical transmission parts use gear of longitudinal axis to ensure continuity of action and machine stability,to prevent machine collisions.
(3)Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available. PLC control system for the whole cup forming process.Servo control to send bottom paper of cup,deliver bottom when cup tube come,otherwise no bottom delivery.
(4)Switzerland leister heating device is equipped on cup bottom adhesion step. Cup-bottoms are heated at first before they are fed, thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee knurling quality.
(5)machine uses box type structure design,filling the oil by spray lubrication system,to make machine running fast.
